Good Neighbor Health Clinic provides medical care to adults (people 18 or older) who are underinsured and uninsured and who live within 30 miles of the Clinic. The Clinic provides general exams/screening, women’s health care, monthly diabetes clinics and education, and many other services. Along with in-person visits, the Clinic also schedules tele-health appointments. Appointments are prefered, but walk-ins are allowed. To make an appointment, call: 802-295-1868.
