The Upper Valley Haven provides a community food shelf wherein anyone experiencing food insecurity may pick up fresh produce, canned goods, and other groceries. The food shelf is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It is closed on the following dates: 1/2, 5/29, 7/4, 9/4, 11/23, 12/25

Lebanon, VT

The LISTEN Center’s food pantry provides 1-2 weeks worth of groceries per month for anyone in the Upper Valley. The food pantry also supplies toiletries and pet food. It is open on Mondays from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Appointments are not necessary.

Lyme, NH

The Lyme Food Pantry, located at the Lyme Congregational Church, provides canned goods, fresh food, and home-made meals. The pantry requires pre-ordering and food pick-ups are on Tuesdays at 1pm. It is also possible to schedule a food pick-up outside of this time. Upon request, delivery is also available. To pre-order or schedule a pick-up, email help@cclyme.org or call 603-795-0603.

Claremont, NH

The Claremont Soup Kitchen’s pantry distributes food and other essential items. It is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The Soup Kitchen also provides meals: breakfast is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, lunch is available Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and dinner every night from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Woodstock, VT

The Woodstock Community Food Shelf is a 100% volunteer-run organization that provides basic food items for anyone in need. The food shelf is open on Mondays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on federal holidays.
